Residential Design is something I have always been very passionate about. I enjoy getting to know the family and what their dreams and desires are for the place they call home. I want to ensure the space reflects the resident's lifestyle from functionality to materials and finishes to customize and design an environment they are proud of.
Mr. and Mrs. Minnich asked for a timeless traditional design that include both new and existing furnishings. The new build home, located in Rutledge,TN, has the perfect contrast between both light and dark with natural wood beams and Westhighland white cabinets. The floor plan includes a walk-in pantry disguised as millwork, a custom coffee & wine bar, as well as a commercial range.

Aging in Place was a interior renovation project for the Rubinson family. The family of five wanted a home that could accommodate their twin boys and younger son as they grow over the years. The family wanted to incorporate their tiffany glass collection, love for Star Trek, yoga. and movies. Martin Brudnizki was the Rubinson's favorite designer so they wanted their home to resemble some of his most prominent designs. The dark wood combined with the bold navy and gold millwork and furniture execute just that. This design displays universal design and meets NKBA requirements to make it a functional space.
